Never paid attention to promoting the health of your feet?

Not to worry, that will certainly change if you take the time to read this article from start to finish.

While the majority of all people in this country can list the names of each one of their fingers without making a mistake, most would struggle when doing the same with their feet (with the exception perhaps of the big and little toe). It says a lot about how much we know about our feet. Almost nobody knows what factors are specifically harmful to the feet or how, on the other hand, you can keep your feet healthy – people often remain unaware of this their entire lifetime. Find out everything you should know about healthy feet and what you need to do to keep them that way.

The feet are one of nature’s masterpieces. Whilst jumping, the feet must briefly bear the load of up to a ton. They are completely unique, thanks to their complex structure.

What they cannot stand, however, is simply doing nothing! Even today, there are still indigenous people who walk around barefoot. Their feet are exposed to all the wonders of the natural world. They are regularly exercised in the great outdoors, enjoying the fresh air in a diverse terrain with leaves, gravel, grass, forest soil and the uneven ground beneath them. They are exposed to manifold stimulants and influences from the outside world all day long. On the other hand, the “sit-down” culture which dominates the western world causes feet to deteriorate in health way before their time. We want to do something about this.
