Shipping processing

Shipment takes place as an insured shipment directly from the central warehouse of Sioux in Germany. Domestic delivery by our logistics partner DHL from Monday to Saturday, abroad via the respective national network partners of DHL.

**) Please note that the prices for deliveries to non-EU countries (from 01. January 2021 also valid for the United Kingdom) are subject to customs duties and local taxes. Prices are shown and charged net of German VAT in this case. Please contact us, if you have any questions.

Returns are possible free of charge within the revocation period (14 days) in Germany, France and the Netherlands. In all other countries, the Customer shall bear the costs for the returns to Sioux.
